Retreat & Restore Wellness Liability Waiver

By booking or participating in any yoga class, private session, workshop, retreat, sound bath, meditation, or other wellness experience offered by Retreat & Restore Wellness, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

I understand that yoga, movement, stretching, breathwork, meditation, sound baths, and related activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, strains, sprains, dizziness, physical discomfort, or injury. I voluntarily choose to participate and accept responsibility for these risks.

I understand that Retreat & Restore Wellness provides wellness instruction and experiences and does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, physical therapy, or mental health treatment. I am responsible for determining whether participation is appropriate for me and agree to consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding any medical concerns, injuries, pregnancy, recent surgery, or physical limitations.

I agree to listen to my body and may modify, rest, or stop participating at any time. I will communicate with the instructor or facilitator about any condition, limitation, or concern that may affect my participation.

I understand that sound baths may involve singing bowls, chimes, music, amplified sounds, and vibrations, and that these experiences may not be appropriate for everyone. I will notify the facilitator of any relevant sound sensitivities or concerns.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, I release and hold harmless Retreat & Restore Wellness, its owner, instructors, facilitators, contractors, representatives, and affiliated venues from claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from my participation, including claims arising from ordinary negligence, except where such release is prohibited by law.

I understand that I am responsible for my personal belongings and any medical expenses resulting from participation or emergency care.
