Retreat & Restore Wellness Terms & Conditions

Thank you for choosing Retreat & Restore. By booking a session or service, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and policies.

Booking & Payment
Appointments must be booked in advance. Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice and missed appointments may be subject to the full session fee.

Late Arrivals
Late arrivals may result in a shortened session so that appointments can remain on schedule. The full session fee will still apply.

Participation
Clients are responsible for communicating relevant injuries, physical limitations, discomfort, or other conerns that may affect their participation. Please practice within your own abilities and comfort level.
